Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

We offer standard shipping via UPS. Delivery times vary based on location but usually range between 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chiptrap.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
